Kaitlyn Nix
Undergrad Exercise Science Student
About Me:
My name is Kaitlyn Nix and I am currently completing my undergrad degree in Exercise Science at IUI. My academic journey reflects a deep passion for understanding human movement, promoting health, and empowering individuals to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Through this program, I have gained a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and exercise prescription.
In addition to my coursework, I've had opportunities to engage in hands-on experiences, including designing personalized workout programs, analyzing biomechanical movement, and leading group fitness sessions. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with diverse populations, adapt to various fitness levels, and promote sustainable health habits.
I am particularly interested in exploring the intersection of exercise science and wellness coaching, as I believe in a holistic approach to health that incorporates physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My goal is to inspire others to unlock their full potential through movement and education.
