PARCS (Physically Active Residential Communities & Schools) is a health and wellness outreach program that provides low-cost fitness and wellness services to individuals living in urban Indianapolis neighborhoods. My experience here has been incredibly rewarding as it has allowed me to contribute to a health and wellness outreach program that serves the lower-income based population of Indianapolis. It was fulfilling to see how these programs empowered participants to take charge of their health, and it deepened my passion for promoting wellness and improving lives through fitness.
1. Personalized Training Programs: Designed and implemented individualized workout plans tailored to clients' fitness levels, goals, and physical conditions.
